Beniamin Ashwood Tom 1 is out IN POLAND!

I’m not sure how much traffic I get from Poland on the blog, but just in case…

My Benjamin Ashwood series is finally hitting the shelves in Poland! It’s been a weird process, as I’m used to self-publishing and managing every aspect of a release, but it’s nice to sit back and watch this one from afar (very afar). It’s also weird having a publisher, because this all seems so official. This book is on store shelves—in Poland! So strange.

I’m not sure the best location to purchase my books in Poland, so for those looking to find out more, hopefully something on the publisher’s website directs you to the right place ;)

And, uh, holy crap! I have a Polish audiobook?? I did not know that… Maybe I should have checked that site sooner?

So, part of why having books in Poland is so wild for me is that shortly before Dark Territory: Benjamin Ashwood Book 3 came out, I was IN POLAND WORKING ON IT! I was there for my day job, and was still wrestling with becoming a full-time author. Believe me when I say that 4-Year-Ago-AC had no idea where this journey would lead me… I can’t imagine going back to that day job, but I’d go back to Poland in an instant! Beautiful country, plentiful beer, great people.

Here’s an action shot of “working on the book”. Does that beer(s) explain why the early Benjamin Ashwood books had so many typos? It’s a possibility. If you’re curious, that’s the beautiful Wawel Royal Castle to the left and the Vistula River on the right. I added another pic of Wawel’s interior because travel was such a big inspiration for the BA series, and you can see why!

The Ranger's Path: The King's Ranger Book 2 is out!

The Ranger’s Path: The King’s Ranger Book 2 is out now in eBook and print! For you audio fans, don’t worry, Simon Vance is recording as we speak, and you won’t have long to wait!

A ranger’s duty. The rotten heart of a king. Rebellion spilled from the blood of family.

Rew, the King’s Ranger, leads his young companions on a deadly journey to find their father. On a path that twists across the Eastern Territory, they fight toward the prison where Baron Fedgley is held. The party will face bandits, assassins, treacherous noblemen, spellcasters, and Rew’s fellow rangers to get there.

Raif and Cinda, desperate to recover their kidnapped father, will risk anything to find him. Raif, equipped with his family’s enchanted greatsword, but forced to acknowledge he’s not as strong or as skilled as he once believed, will charge into a world he’s never experienced. Cinda, awakened to strange and dangerous necromantic magic, will have to control vast power she never expected.

Confronted with the truth of his past, and terrible knowledge he cannot ignore, Rew will choose between hiding and saving his soul, or sacrificing it all to protect those he’s come to love. Will the ranger’s path take them into the wilderness and safety, or into the heart of the kingdom and an epic confrontation?

Great news for those folk who ask me once a week for book recommendations! I've gotten involved in a new venture that is working on creating an author-driven book recommendation and social site called BingeBooks.com. The idea is to create a space where you can find new books, chat with your favorite author (me, I am talking about me), and more.

The site is still in development, but the beta is looking INCREDIBLE. There are places to look for boxsets, for deals, for new releases. You can follow your favorite authors <hint hint>. There are sample chapters and sample audio. Basically, it's arranged the way we think people actually search for books, and it's curated, so no wading through heaps of garbage to find one gem.

Go ahead and check it out, and if you see anything we can improve, let me know and I'll wrestle down the development team to make it happen. And don't forget, you can follow me and always stay updated on my new releases, deals, and more!
